Zhemchuzhina Povolzhya is a vertically integrated holding with a functional structure of interaction between all its enterprises. The AgroHolding consists of 6 independent enterprises, each of which performs its individual function.

The plant for packaging vegetable oils is equipped with high-performance modern given machines, oil dosing rotary lines, complete automatized packaging, labeling and heat-shrinking lines. During the whole work shift, every 2 hours at all process stages all data are fixed on the quality of manufactured products. A safety management system and a quality management system regarding the produced sunflower oil packaged in a consumer package was developed and implemented based on the HAССP principles, which meet the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000 – 2007 and GOST R51705.1 – 2001.
